About Me

How can I help...
I am a qualified and registered therapeuitic counsellor. I have experience working with trauma, sexual and domestic abuse, gender identity, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, suicide, self-harm and grief.
My expertise is ‘Person Centred’ one of the most popular and common counselling styles. I believe that each person is their own unique individual. I offer a warm, non-judgemental environment for you to explore, in a safe place, whatever you choose to talk about. Allowing you to feel heard and understood.
