Frequently Asked Questions

How does the counselling process work?

I am trained to work with individuals and currently offer online or telephone sessions.

The process is about you and it is important that you always feel in control of the sessions. In order for me to be able to help you, we need to build a relationship together based on trust, where you are the centre of our work together.

The initial assessment is a chance for us to see if we feel we can build the relationship and you can ask me any questions.  I will also use this session to explain in more detail how I work so you can make an informed choice.

How much does it cost?

Free initial consultation (15 mins)

£50 per session for individuals    (50 mins)

£35 per session concession for counselling students   (50 mins)

Payment required 48hrs before sessions.

How often do I have sessions?

Sessions are 50 minutes in length and you can choose weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.

What is your availability?

I currently have space available evenings and weekends.  It is best to get in touch with me so we can compare our schedules and find a mutually convenient time.

See my contact page with how to get in touch.
